Sequeira lab social: a team outing to solve puzzles outside of the lab!
The Sequeira Lab team takes on a new challenge: escape rooms!
Last weekend, the Sequeira Lab team traded solving and debugging programming code for locks and puzzles as we embarked on a team-bonding adventure at the Riddle Room Canberra! While we’re used to solving scientific mysteries, escaping from a locked room turned out to be a completely different challenge!
Through the puzzles in the room, we worked together on our communication skills and got to understand each of our problem-solving styles a bit better. Through the escape room, we realised the value of each team member’s perspective and insights to succeed – something that we will definitely take back to the lab with us!
We had lots of fun and also a renewed sense of camaraderie. We are already looking forward to our next outing!
