PhD Candidate Michelle VanCompernolle visits Canberra
PhD Candidate Michelle VanCompernolle visited the Sequeira Lab in Canberra for collaboration and team bonding!

The Sequeira Lab was delighted to welcome PhD Candidate Michelle VanCompernolle to Canberra last week.
Michelle, who is now at the end of her PhD journey supervised by Assoc Prof Ana, has come to Canberra for a visit to the Sequeira Lab while completing her PhD chapters as research publications. It was an incredibly productive visit, and some of the outputs generated will be coming soon – keep a look out for them!
Michelle also had the opportunity to meet some of the newer members of the team in person, and participated in our recent team bonding session trying to flee an Escape Room!
Although the Sequeira Lab is now firmly based at the Australian National University in Canberra, we continue to run both in Canberra and in Perth, with some team members still based at the Oceans Institute from the University of Western Australia. It is great that we continue to work together and the travel interstate is not too onerous.
Thank you for flying across the country to visit us, Michelle!
